How long does delivery take?

Items are shipped the same or next working day from when the order is received (unless out of stock). Items ordered on a Friday evening will be dispatched on Monday morning.

What delivery options do you have?

Second class recorded delivery by Royal Mail is £2.95 on all software purchases. This usually takes 2-3 working days to arrive (please allow up to 14). First class recorded delivery can be purchased for £3.95 fee. This is usually next working day delivery (please allow up to 14).

Hardware purchases are shipped either by first class recorded, parcelforce or another courier depending on the weight. For hardware that is a flat rate of £5.95.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are more than happy to ship anywhere in the world for a small fee. This will be applied automatically during the checkout process.

I received an email saying my item has been shipped but nothing has arrived - what should I do?

Royal mail can take up to 14 days to deliver an item. Please allow at least this time before contacting us to report an item as missing. If for any reason your item does not arrive, we will of course off a replacement or refund.

How long can I expect to wait for you to ship?

Items are shipped the same days as printing is complete (this can be from 3-10 days from signing off the artwork) If you need work for a specific deadline, please contact us first for an estimated delivery day.

What delivery options do you have?

Depending on the size of the order, shipping is either by first class post, next day Parcel Force or another next day courier. Tracking numbers are available.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is £3.95 on all print orders to the UK mainland.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship print orders to Ireland and the UK.

I received an email saying my item has been shipped but nothing has arrived - what should I do?

You will be given a delivery date for your printed items. If this date passes and you have not received you item, please contact us straight away.
