What is the turn around time on my order?

Once artwork has been finalised and signed off, delivery is usually 7-10 days. Smaller run digital print is usually 3-4 days.

Where can I get the dimensions for artwork?

The dimensions for all relevent artwork including bleed as well as accepted file formats can be found in the individual products descriptions.

How should I send my artwork?

Do you charge for artwork?

No, we are happy to design for you and include up to 3 ammendments free of charge. Any additional changes will have a design fee of £20 applied.

Do you accept returns?

Upon completion of the artwork, you will be sent a PDF draft and a sign off sheet to say you are happy with the design & layout. Once this has been signed and returned to us, we regret we cannot offer a refund.

The qty/size/product that I am looking for is not advertised - is what is on your website all you do?

No! We can supply all forms of printing from flyers to T-shirts and box canvas. If you do not see the product you need, please call or email us for a quote.
