Do you keep everything in stock?
Almost all items are kept in stock. Ocassionally we may run out of a particular line due to increased sales or a product range review. If you require an item urgently, please contact us before ordering. We always inform you if there is going to be a delay with your order.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, you have 14 days to return unwanted items to us. Returns must be sealed and unused. We regret that once the seal is broken we are unable to offer a refund.
How can I tell your software is genuine?
All software is purchased directly from the manufacturer and comes sealed in original packaging. These are the complete retail versions of these programs as you would get in the High street.
Do you offer after sales support for software?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer individual support for software products. If you have a query we will certainly do our best to help you, however technical support is usually offered direct from the manufacturer.
How long can I expect to wait before you ship?
All goods in stock are shipped the same or next working day.
