Software:
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return an item, we will be happy to refund (or exchange) a product provided it is still sealed and in fully re-saleable condition. Returns should be made within 14 days (not including bank holidays) after the day on which you received your goods. Returns should be made in their original, undamaged packaging.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

Please ensure to include your original order number when returning goods to ensure a smooth and prompt refund. Refunds are usually processed within 48 hours of us receiving the returned item.
Cancellation right:
Under distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods for a full refund (including any applicable delivery charge). Where goods are delivered to a third party (e.g as a present to a friend/alternative delivery address) you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered.
Outwith of the 7 working days stated above, we will only refund your original delivery charge when a product is received faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
We cannot accept returns on any special order items. We will endeavour to ensure you are informed of this before placing your order.
Print:
We do not offer refunds on printed products. This includes business cards, letterheads, compliment slips and flyers. Before printing commences you are sent a proof to sign, once this has been completed we cannot offer a refund. In the event of a faulty product, we will happily organise a reprint once the goods have been returned to us.
