The form consists of 3 sections:

1. Some useful tips to consider when considering the deisgn, layout & requirements of your website.
2. Questions, including descriptions and examples to identify your requirements to make sure that the site you get is the site you wanted.
3. A glossary of the most commonly used web design terms as we recognise that not every deals with these terms on a daily basis.

Once downloaded, the form is simply filled in and returned to us by post, fax or email, from which we will then create a full report of the proposed site as well as jpegs of a few possible designs. If you are then happy to proceed, we will require a 50% deposit (the rest only paid once you are happy)
